Wanted to see how else I could use the Thai tea infused Gin. It turns out it makes a fantastic Old Fashioned!

2 oz Thai tea Gin

1/2 oz Vanilla Agave

2-3 dashes Fee Brother’s barrel aged bitters

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass, stir for maybe 20-30 seconds. Strain over one large rock, garnished with lemon peel.
