This was my first attempt at playing with a Beer cocktail at home. I like the combination, as many do, of Gin and St. Germain and had some Leffe beer at home. Here was the result, which was delish and a big pleasure at a little gathering I had at home.

1 1/2 Ounces Gin

1/2 Ouch St. Germain

3/4 Lemon juice

dash of agave

Combine to a cocktail shaker, strained into a chilled coup and then float the Leffe over a bar spoon on top.
