I wanted to try a different type of beer cocktail, using a darker beer. I love Maui Brewing Co.’s Coconut Porter and thought it would be a fun beer to try pairing with.
Playing with the whole Maui theme its basically a Mai Tai with the Coconut Porter Floated on top. I’m not sure if this is the perfect combo yet, it was quite nice, but could still use some tweaking.
