Taking another cue from Mr Biancaniello, modeled after a fresh muddled apricot Old Fashioned, I played around with another Mezcal cocktail. I was quite pleased with this! It was smokey and peachy, hint of mint, how could you go wrong.

The Smokey Peach

2 oz Mezcal

1 oz Club Soda

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 Fresh Peach (cut into about 4 slices)

Few Mint leaves

1/2 oz Agave

Muddle the peach slices and mint in your mixing glass, add Mezcal, Lime Juice and Agave. Shake vigorously and strain over rocks. Top off with soda and give a few good stirs bottom to top.
