Durian Bitters for POT
Proud to announce the very first exclusive batch of house bitters from The Drunken Crane for Roy Choi’s new POT Bar in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
In collaboration with friend Matthew Biancaniello formally of Library Bar, now currently changing the face of a cocktail program near you, we came up with the concept for Durian bitters inspired by the POT concept and wanting something exotic.
