Another home infusion. Made a Vanilla infused Tequila that is going to make a mean Vanilla tequila Mai Tai (as inspired by Evelyn Chick formerly of UVA Wine Bar in Vancouver)

Split 3 Vanilla beans lengthwise and left to sit for 3 days.
